Guests have access to the communal laundry facilities conveniently located within the building. The laundry system operates using a card, which tenants can request free of charge from the Property Manager. Please note that the card is designated specifically for use with the washing machine. The two bedrooms will be your haven of tranquility. Recharge your energy on high-quality mattresses and bedding that guarantee a restful sleep, and enjoy Smart TVs in both bedrooms so you won’t miss your favorite programming. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has one just a few steps outside the room. For your convenience, the bathrooms come with a basic toiletry kit. • Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive 100%
  refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down
  payment.
• Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
• For Monthly reservations: There is a cancelation fee of $ 500 dlls for
  reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations
  canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.
