The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second room has 2 single beds; the dining area seats 6 people, and the living room is very comfortable for family enjoyment.

Building 3.14 is quite spacious, where you will have access to the common pool area, underground parking, restaurants, and other establishments located on the lower part of the complex.

Other Notable Aspects
The prime location of the complex will allow you to walk anywhere, and even in the commercial area (bottom part), you will find a bike rental service in case you’re a cycling enthusiast.

• Important documents will be sent to you prior to your arrival for completion and signature. These include: Waiver, Services and Conditions, and Questionnaire. These documents are important to have everything ready before your arrival, as well as for the necessary registrations in the unit complexes.”
• For long stays (over 14 nights), the electricity consumption is fully covered by the guest. Cleaning fee: $650 pesos.

If you cancel after that period, you will receive 100% payment for all nights.
