On the property, the staff will provide you with the best service, and you’ll have access to a gym, a private pool with three levels of depth, spacious gardens, a garage, and a waterfront view of the Estero, allowing you to navigate the beaches of Bahía de Banderas while enjoying beautiful sunsets.

The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 15 guests per night for the entire stay.

Cancelation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must be made at least 14 days before arrival.

If you cancel 14 days or more before arrival, but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% payment for all nights.

If youcancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, you will receive 50% payment for all nights.

If you cancel after that period, you will receive 100% payment for all nights.

Guests must cancel at least 30 days before arrival to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
