Nice condo located within the Iconic complex in Puerto Vallarta. In which you can enjoy a nice view of the bay just a few steps from the beach. It has a communal pool as well you will find inside the apartment all the amenities to have a nice stay.

It is an apartment with capacity for 8 people, in which you will find the necessary comforts for your stay. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, living room and dining room.

It has access to the beach, as well as access to the pool which is communal. It has a gym and spa.

Assistance will be provided before and during your stay. Concierge will provide you with specific indications in the check in and check out process. Assistance numbers will be provided for any questions that may arise.

The Concierge and Reservations team will be in immediate contact with the guest once the reservation is made, this can be via email, Whats App or phone call.

If extra cleaning is required, please let the concierge team know so that they can quote the cleaning according to your requirements.
To enter the ICON complex you will be checked in and will be given an identification bracelet which has a cost of $10 MXN, cost to be covered by the guest. In case of losing the bracelet, the guest will have to pay $100 MXN for its replacement.

-Important documents will be sent to you prior to your arrival, to be filled out and signed. Which are: Waiver, Services and Conditions and Questionnaire. These documents are important to have everything prepared prior to your arrival, as well as the pertinent records in the unit´s complex.

-Please pay attention to the instructions provided by concierge, regarding the correct use of the refrigerator to prevent your food conditions due to temperature failure.

Cancelation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must be made at least 14 days before arrival.

If you cancel 14 days or more before arrival, but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% payment for all nights.

If youcancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, you will receive 50% payment for all nights.

If you cancel after that period, you will receive 100% payment for all nights.

Guests must cancel at least 30 days before arrival to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

If they cancel after that period, you will receive 100% payment for all nights.
