Living room with a big L shape couch. Both bedrooms shared a long balcony. There is a seafood restaurant – EL Gobernador on the corner of the master bedroom, open until midnight, could be noisy. Within just 1 minute walking distance you could find: – A 5-Star Diamond Award Restaurant, Plank, Gourmet Grill & Patio Bar. – Coffee and bakery, Carlota, to open your morning. – Asian food, Kobma, for a nice and quiet dinner. – The best gym in PDC, The Gym, if you looking for to keep your fitness routine with great ambience. The place is located in a prime location, walking distance to anywhere in town. Absolutely no car needed. Our concierge will gladly assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities. Parking onsite is free.

• Each unit has one numbered parking lot. It’s not allowed to block or park in other areas.
• It is forbidden to hang towels, clothes and/or any personal objects on the railings of the building.
• The use of gas or electric grill is exclusively permitted in private terraces of the penthouses. For security reasons, the use of carbon or firewood grills is forbidden.
• The gym is open every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. For your own security wear sport shoes and clothing. The minimum age for use of the gym is 15 years old.
• Any sound, music or noises coming from the interior of a unit must stop after 10:00 pm.
• It is forbidden to have animals inside the condominium Failure to comply with the rules above will cause an attention call by the condo guards and fine could bye apply.

Pool area regulations:
• It is not allowed to reserve lounge chairs in the pool area.
• Only the use of white towels in the pool area is allowed.
• It is not allowed to use sound equipment in the pool area. Please use headphones.
• Smoke in the pool area is forbidden.
• It is not permitted to introduce or ingest drinks or food inside the pool, including the pool edge, Please use the tables under the shaded area between both pools.
• For safety reasons is forbidden to carry objects made of glass or ceramic throughout the pool area. In the event that any object is broken in the pool, the cost of emptying it and refilling it as well as applying the chemicals will be charged to the infringing unit with a charge of $1,500 USD.
