The Space

Welcome to a luxurious, relaxing apartment with breathtaking mountain and garden views, designed to make you feel right at home. From the moment you enter, you’ll be greeted by a modern, minimalist decor and expansive windows offering spectacular natural light and scenery. Guests have access to the communal laundry facilities conveniently located within the building. The laundry system operates using a card, which tenants can request free of charge from the Property Manager. Please note that the card is designated specifically for use with the washing machine. The living room is perfect for unwinding, featuring a plush sofa, a Smart TV with cable, and views of the mountains and city skyline. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials you need for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats four, making it ideal for shared meals or a cozy night in.

This property is located within a gated private community. For security purposes, the community requires all guests to present a valid ID and a QR code to access. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to check-in. Please ensure you have both ready upon arrival to ensure a smooth entry.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.

Cancelation Policy

• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive 100%
  refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down
  payment.
• Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
• For Monthly reservations: There is a cancelation fee of $ 500 dlls for
  reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations
  canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.
