• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive 100% refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down payment.
• Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
• For Monthly reservations: There is a cancelation fee of $ 500 dlls for reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.

Cancelation Policy

• Bookings canceled at least 90 days before arrival date will incur a fee of 2% of the total cost of the reservation.
